Maderotherapie raffinierte Massagetechnik gegen Cellulite! Fett-, Cellulite- und Muskel effektiv zu behandeln. Diese Therapieform trägt zur Definition der Körperproportionen bei und unterstützt die Reduzierung des Körperumfangs. Dabei wird das Lymphdrainagesystem angeregt, was zur Freisetzung gespeicherter Toxine führt. Darüber hinaus fördert die Maderotherapie die allgemeine Gesundheit und verspricht bemerkenswerte Erfolge.

Inhalt:

  • sichtbaren Veränderungen am Körper, an der Haut sowie an der allgemeinen Gesundheit während und nach der Behandlung.
  • spezifische Funktion und der Einsatz der einzelnen Holzelemente in dieser Therapieform
  • Muskulatur, den Geist und den Körper zu entspannen
  • Anregung des Stoffwechsels und erleichterter Gewichtsverlust
  • Fähigkeit den Körperumfang um bis zu 8 cm zu reduzieren, Reduktion der Fettpolster und Cellulite verspricht.

Praxisteil:

Anleitung und Einsatz der Holzelemente zur effektiven Durchführung der Maderotherapie für schnelle und überzeugende Ergebnisse. Am Kurs werden Madero-Holzelemente zur Verfügung gestellt.

Zielsetzungen:

  1. Sie erlangen die Fähigkeit, die Maderotherapie korrekt und wirkungsvoll durchzuführen.
  2. Sie erlernen den erfolgreichen Einsatz der Holzelemente im Rahmen der Maderotherapie.
Voraussetzung Keine Vorkenntnisse notwendig
Info Bitte mitbringen: bequeme Kleidung, Hausschuhe, 2 grosse Handtücher für Liege und als Decke, geschnittene Fingernägel sind von Vorteil, da aneinander geübt wird.
Modell Während des Unterrichts stehen sich die Teilnehmer gegenseitig zur Verfügung. 2-er oder 3-er Team.
Kursdauer 1 Tag, jeweils 10.00 bis ca. 16.00 Uhr inkl. 1 Std. Pause
